I’m Dan I’ve been training for 15 years and personal training for 5 years. I believe in educating my clients and structuring their training and nutrition to be as strong, lean and as fit as possible. I believe there is no substitute for hard work and although my sessions are structured, challenging and at times push your limits, they are also fun, varied and different. My motto is simple: Play hard and train hard!
